Returns & Refunds policy

At That Will Spin, each football is prepped by hand with time, care, and custom detail. Because of the nature of our work, all prep services are considered final sale.

Services Are Non-Refundable

Once prep work begins, your order cannot be canceled or refunded. This includes all prep tiers (S through D) and any related add-on services.

We do not issue refunds due to:

• Change of mind

• Unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers

• Preference for a different prep result or finish

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your football arrives back to you damaged — or something seems off with the prep:

• Contact us within 3 business days of delivery

• Include photos and your order number

• We’ll assess the issue and do what we can to make it right

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper football use

• Issues from self-applied prep products

• Lost or damaged items during return shipping
