Welcome to That Will Spin Football Prep. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site or our services.
Ownership & Use
All content on this website — including photos, service descriptions, branding, and media — is owned by That Will Spin Football Prep LLC. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content without permission.
You may:
• Browse and view pages
• Share links to our content (as long as you’re not misrepresenting us)
• Purchase services for personal or team use
You may not:
• Reproduce or resell any part of our content or services
• Misuse our name, logo, or brand
• Use our website in a way that violates any laws or infringes on any rights
Service Terms
All football prep services are custom, labor-intensive, and non-refundable. Estimated turnaround time is 3-5 business days after we receive your football, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
You are not buying a football. You are investing in the prep service.
All footballs must be sent in by you.
Once your order’s locked in, you’ll get shipping instructions. From there, it’s your responsibility to get the ball to us safely.
Use a tracked service.
USPS. UPS. FedEx. Doesn’t matter, just make sure it has tracking. That ball’s got value, and we want it to arrive safely so we can get to work.
We do not control what happens in transit, so if your ball goes missing or gets damaged on the way in, That Will Spin is not liable for those shipping issues.
We are not liable for:
• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information
• Carrier issues once the football leaves our hands
• Damage caused by misuse of our products or prep methods
Account Usage
If you create an account on our site, you're responsible for keeping your login info secure. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that are inactive, abusive, or violate our policies.

This website may include links to third-party tools or services (like Instagram, payment providers, etc.). We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.
Liability Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees. We make every effort to deliver quality work, but we do not promise results beyond what’s reasonably expected for handmade football prep.
